Anyone a good comedy novel for first time readers? My friend is a new to the whole light novels. He’s into comedy. I would like to suggest him some good stuff that doesn’t have a supernatural
Reborn as My Love Rival’s Wife is one of the funniest novels I've read on this site so I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comedy even if they're not into it's other genres (namely gender bender)...but to give it to a first time reader...? Meh, I'll let you decide. I'm only recommending it cause it's my favorite novel and also my favorite love story. Other than the gender bending, no other supernatural stuff happening here. Just a generic household soap opera that old housewives would watch, but the twist is that someone who was originally a man is placed in the body of the female lead...so now everything's a mess where there originally supposed to have been drama ends up turning into comedy. Then there's Why Not Soar Your Majesty. It might as well be the funniest novel here. Have him give that a try. And I've heard The Strongest System is really funny...but it's a supernatural fighting cultivation whatever. And I feel like Invisible Dragon could be recommended here... ...yea, you definitely should make your friend read that. It's basically a rite of passage to read that if you wanna join this community.
