    So has anybody heard of this flying lines group that seems to be popping up with inactive novels and bringing them back. In the last two days I have seen Shen Yin Wang Zuo (thank god), hssb, and Demons Diary get picked up and on the TL train again. I don't know if they're mtl or not but the TL quality doesn't seem to bad. If they can finish Shen yin ill be glad but seems odd.

    I also looked into this and am really suspicious. But they want to be a site where any translator can publish his/her stuff and are looking for more translators. So it could actually be real, since they exist for over a year.

    At least, lets hope FL can last long enough and not just passing by.
    I really do miss HSSB and I don't want read MTL.

    Some interesting things from browsing their website:
    • They might be a Chinese company since they apparently list this as their address:
      Room1207, Building A, Caizhi International Plaza, 18 East Zhongguancun Road, Haidian District, Beijing, P.R. China.

      I tried googling their address in Chinese (海淀区海淀区中关村东路18号财智国际大厦A座1207室) but came up with nothing.

    • For the The False Summoner, they list Professor Gong Yubo as a proofreader. Who is Gong Yubo? This guy right here: http://faculty.bjtu.edu.cn/7734/. He's a Beijing Jiaotong University professor who specializes in English Literature, translation, and English translation.

    • One of the translators for The False Summoner is Ma Shaoyi. Who is Ma Shaoyi? Some student at Beijing Jiaotong University who specializes in English translation.
    Conclusion: If they aren't lying about their translators and proofreaders, this is extremely interesting.

    At first I thought they were from the same company as Tapread as they also translating works from zongheng when they first came out.
    But it seem I was wrong...

    well this seems to confirm it, a group of otakus from chinese inner city have started a translation group in an attempt to conquer the neets of the internet. i for one welcome outside interveners. Qidian's shit with their recent novels and absolute lack of consistency with some novels i read from there is pissing me off. Hope they ignore dany DMCAS heading their way. Also fuck who is ever translating xue ying, gone for ten days than come back like nothing happened and disappear again without any prior notice or explanation. Fuck u too to rising dawn if you pull the same shit with rise of humanity, its been three days jackass.

    Now that someone mention Demons Diary. I almost frgot abut this novel.
    Shouldn't we remove Gravity Tale from English Publisher information.
    Since both Gravity Tale and Qidian International seem lied and don't really have english license for this novel.
    Otherwise how they were force to took it down (by author??) from both site.

    It is dropped because it is a mess of a translation. Multiple tl worked on that and for a new tl to resume would be time consuming. The folks at webnovel are focused on getting out new novels rather than resuming a novel. And it is a qidian novel so why won't QI/webnovel or Gravity, which they basically own, won't have the english license.
