    Spoiler yada yada

    MC is a fragment of the god of knowledge(?) and is confronted by two gods (female Death the 3rd and male Life/Gaia the 47th or similar). They ask MC for something and in return he wanted knowledge from absorbing goddess Death but Life/Gaia offers something else because he loves Death and can’t live without her.
    So now MC is going about their new task and is summoned as a female Oni by a shunned noble girl. Noble girl was supposedly going to die but MC helps her, they go to her house, and last I remember reading-
    MC goes full on badass on some noble brat that was harassing their master.

    Bout all I remember. It’s a novel but I don’t remember the website it was on.
