fortuneeternal.com phishing problems?

Recently a chapter 53 of Cheat Aru Kedo Mattari Kurashitai 《Tensei Jinsei o Tanoshimou!》 came out, however this chapter isn't on the old chronazero.blogspot.com which the translator used to post on but instead on his new site called fortuneeternal.com, the problem is that my Antivirus software are flagging this site big time and auto disconnecting me as there seems to be evidence of phishing from this new site of his, I don't exact want to go disabling my antivirus software to read one chapter if I'm possible going to have major security problems in doing so, so what do I do to read the chapter?
