Friendship between normal friend mean nothing in the long term my dude . Just be her normal friend don’t be close. If you want to try do it but if you fall get up and try something that you like to occupy your time. Time may heal but it gonna be hurt in the short term and it you really love don’t worry about ruin friendship because if you with her you feel tingling all the time it better for her to be your girlfriend than a friend if she don’t like you. just move on. If she talk to you after she reject you again just talk to her noramlly but don’t ask how she doing and that all .
my advice is just to take it up at face value. if she rejected you, then be indifferent and ignore those feelings and don't call any memory with her. It is not worth it to keep wanting her attention, while you might not even get that in the first place. rather, she might not even be looking at you. it's like you are going at a street vendor, while queueing in a bit and then buying the food but you are not even looking at the person selling and just buy the food over while you go away. Well, what i said might be pretty harsh, it might be just that she look at you briefly and then look away and then look at the task at her hand.

You got two or three options. A stay friend and try still to hook her up*. B stay as friend go for other girl there are more then one up to go for. C is a mix of them you go first for a new girl, you show how caring you are on you new lover to other girl going on trip,movie theater etc then perhapse she see how reliable you are and confess back or starts a affair but that is on the same as hook up* . *How to hook someone is another topic i do not know you or the girl you like begining with hobbys, character, background, country etc. so i can not give a certain chance. But i whould go for B or C most people not only girls do not like insistent on love matter. It is creepy on most cases.
Pretty simple. If she ask why you're more attentive than usual just answer because i love you Or i like you. If she ask why you're not finding any girlfriend just answer because i love you or i like you. If she ask why you're bothered by guys coming close with her then answer because i love you or i like you <------ this is riskier though. The tactic is guilt tripping her.

As far as i can say this would work up to high school ,or if the girl work with you, or beeing in the same circle of friends and you can talk to face more then one time a week. Even then i give it not more then 20% of chance. It is creepy and without the right suggestion you do not get into her "heart" brain with it at all. If she is older then 20 and was in relationship i would say that it work only if she has some mental issues.
