Except roguelikes, is there any? Go from level 1 to 100, redo levelling from one to 100 again, in which the second tier can easily beat 1st tier?
The Disgaea series of games allow you to rebirth characters into different classes and retain stats. This also includes the offshoot games like Makai Kingdom and Phantom Brave.
I dont know any but hear me out, digimon there are two types in it - 1 a monster collecting type, 2 taking care of your monster type In case of 1, you need to evolve and devolve many times to reach some evolutions and stuff, the mechanics are really interesting In case 2, your digimon goes from egg to rookie to blabla to mega, dies and back to egg
That's what I mean when I mentioned roguelikes, even though it is not in the traditional sense. disgaea's reincarnation is not really that impressive. While the reincarnation increases stat growth, they are really miniscule and time consuming that it is better to go to item world instead. Yeah. Digimon. Forgot this one. Though, I've played PS1/2, DS and PSP one, while I don't have PS3/4.
MONSTER RANCHER! well not exactly evolve more like your monster combined with other monster and the baby got better stats
Nope. Making a skill legendary resets that skill and gives you more perk points while effectively disabling the level cap. It's different from Reincarnator.
