Just noticed that Dao Seeker chose his new project which is called Gate of Apocalypse. So naturally I started reading it. After reading the 2 chapters, it hit me....Not xianxia/xuanhuan? Not romance or wuxia either? CN novel that isn't these genre? The apocalypse must really be coming!! Or I'm sleeping with my eyes open. The name of the novel felt familiar, so I went to wuxiaworld ranking that came out recently. The novel was there in the strange ability category and was ranked first. Deathblade just translated the novel's name as Apocalypse Gate. Heh heh. My memory so awesome (*nose grows an inch.* Definitely not gonna say that it was a lucky guess). Also, the novel description may mislead readers into thinking that it's a VR novel. It isn't. The author specifically makes a note to say that. And as for the couple of trolls, who ended up rating the novel 1*, when almost nothing has happened yet...... GO FUCK YOUR DAD'S ASS The guys who already gave it 5* are just....over enthusiastic. Youth filled with impatience. Yup. This is definitely not me being a hypocrite. I haven't even rated yet. Seriously!! Check my reading list if you don't believe me!! I may not be as honest as an honest guy like Yue Yang, but I'm always serious when it comes to rating novels.
Aye, rating a 1 to a novel without enough chapters is stupid... but I aint reading it before it grows a little.
Maybe qidian people read so many xianxia/xuanhuan to the point that they remember its pattern.. and when apocalypse came and break the pattern for the moment, it gets insta liked by those people.
Yeah, when i notice deathblade post the rank at qidian website, i try asking someone to translate this one, but appearantly the old translator of oem have already taking this project as their main one... Yup, it's rare to see this kind of novel in cn, i'm still waiting this novel to shine in NU
On a side note I searched for "apocalypse" here and the images for Apocalypse Cockroach and Heavenly Calamity are similar to say the least.
