we don't know for sure. all we can be sure of is that they have some sort of connection to the awakened ones since the guild got them killed.
They were called "traitors", which means they have connection to BMFS to some extent. I don't think they'd be some random non-Awakened citizen.
And Soo Soo had abilities before she became an irregular. We don’t know too much about the children of awakened ones (I.e. If they become awakened themselves) besides skyblades son. Soo Soo’s parents secret probably involves her birth.
Not necessarily. What was only implied is that there are 2 persona inside Soo Soo and Tian Lie. Tian Lie's was due to his Awakened persona being loaded back to his Da Gang body. Awakened children should be normal citizens since becoming an Awakened is applied on the soul/persona, not on the body. The only exception would be if the system interferes. edit: Xiaolian turned dumb after Zero City incident. He was supposed to talk to them about what happened in their illusions. Instead he wants to get 'vengeance' without fixing their internal issues first. I hope one of them dies if they won't discuss the illusions.
Interesting. So it’s the soul, or persona that is awakened and not the body. But I got the impression Soo Soo was a normal girl before the incident with her parents.
It's something I understood from the aircraft otaku's experience. Whenever a body is controlled by a player, the NPC's soul gets 'disconnected' from the body. The players automatically have their abilities regardless of the body, so it means the abilities are tied to the soul. The same thing applies to Awakened because they are simply derived from player's system. It's not yet confirmed if Soo Soo is normal or not pre-Irregularity (which is why I said 'not necessarily') because the background story is not complete. We have yet to know why Soo Soo was spared by the killer(s).
yea it seems like this is the point where the novel goes down because the author loses inspiration. the fact that she dies is probably planned the second he gave her that power but it's clear that he has no idea what to write after she dies and the raws is kinda...dead...
Maybe because it has been a while since he posted a new chapter in his web novel? He learned a lot of stuff while being a webwriter after all.
