Lol i read a lot of harem isekai but for some reason or fate, i don't read any of your recommendations, beside Growth cheat that i have read but stopped (because bored). People say Arifureta say it's good but somehow i can't seem to be interested when people keep saying the loveydovey parts are in the after-stories. Also it's sad that : even though Tsuyokute New Saga got the harem tag + we see love interests where MC was/is interested in/got past relationship, somehow we don't see any romance at all (manga). For Soudouki, the manga is really good and exceeded novel translation. I just hope next chapter we get to see MC being loveydovey with his fiancées. More importantly i hope author will allow MC to keep his promise and french kiss his fiancée/maid and not just ball block is with some new adventure or troubles.

Tsuyokute New Saga doesn't fit this thread. MC is not OP and it's a serious concern for him (MC knows he is still not even close to the final boss's level). It does have romantic moments, but MC has a time limit to save all of humanity so it's more serious than light hearted.
I feel like half of every regularly translated manga/novel is some kind of Isekai… Agree with this. Arifureta perfectly fits the criteria given by thread maker and Tsuyokute New Saga may have that Isekai vibe thanks to magic, demons and so on but besides being not an transmigrator or typical Reincarnator but having his time "resetted" it really is serious (and also there really isn't much of a harem so far, at least from the manga perspective)
