    integrating classic scientific weapons into this world is quite unrealistic, since magic is simply more convenient and more powerful.

    one of it's aspect is strength, for example a single basic spell can be as powerful as a napalm bomb.
    another aspect is convenience, for example it does not require materials, nor does it make a burden to carry around.


    its actually the MASS, their magic's logic at least follows the laws of kinetic energy "half of mass times velocity squared equals power".
    this means the tiny bullets can only hold very little magic power, so arrows have better efficiency when it comes to packing magic power in it.


    however, their current cannons can be upgraded from single-shot solid balls to rapid-fire auto-cannons with fragmentation shells, which would be more effective for it's wider destructive radius.
    furthermore, if the novel allows for it, they could use magic to boost fission efficiency of nukes, self-contained magic implosion to prime a chunk of radioactive material.

    the only problem however is that they have no means of manufacturing such weapons.

    there seems to be a character limit so i had to double post.

    actually no, its the efficiency.
    the efficiency of fire and wind magic in the middle of the sea is so pitiful that it can't even scratch a ship's steel hull, while earth magic can't be used at all.
    where as their water magic, albeit have strong efficiency in the middle of the sea, have poor range.

    If Larvyde didn't appear until August... I will temporarily cover his chapters until he returned (he mentioned his laptop got rekt)
    So that means I will work 5 chapters. Hopefully in a single release..... If my chronic procrastination disease, KDrama watching, and RL work didn't hinder me from doing it, based on realistic 6000 JP characters per chapter then that means I need at least 10 days to translate it, not including editing and post-editing third pass reading.

    In case you can read Indonesian. I had given the Indonesian translator all the chapters up to 4-2c.
    My editor is still kinda busy, but I will release another chapter in 10 hour or so....
