if the format (genre) of the world you are isekaid is like that, try your best to stray away from the plot. I also don't like incestuous relationship, he/she still your sibling. But off course you have to be capable enough to do it. It will depend on how the novel author have written him, at least you are a few steps ahead of him, you can still plan an ignoring escape without disrespecting your brother.

That would be immoral as
1) you don't know if you are there "forever", so if you mess with the mc's life and they come back to the mess, that'd be awkward
2) you aren't the one who the other person was aiming for, so that'd be kinda cheating.

For the most part. There is still the need to find out if genetics deteriorate and or mutate between siblings. There are a ot of markers if one knows what to look for, so shouldnt be too hard. If it was an issue, then i would need to find out just how inbred the family was before continuing the practice.

Bearing that caveat in mind, no I have no other reservations about being in a relationship with a sibling in the context in your orignal post.

I think it would depend on the setting. Is your advent on this world a known quality? If you're isekai-ed into an existing person, do you get their memories? Where you put on this world by the guiding higher power to fulfill some purpose? There is much as yet unknown information you can only make rather rough assumptions about how you would react.

Granted there is a lot of room to exploit the proposed setting, but then that is true of most isekai novels. A good person would try to do the right thing, an indifferent one would do their own thing, and an immoral person would abuse the situation till it was no longer to their advantage. I just simply choose to follow along unless its going to cause a much larger problem. *shrug*

Because if it’s the latter, even if the souls are different, the next generation’s genetics would be hella funky and messed up. It’s the same body after all, so it’s still incest.
