Basically googled right now and said that girl need to be 13 years old to be allowed sex IN JAPAN. Kinda trying to think what will happen with a guy younger have sex with her that is under 13 and thought that it's highly probable that the guy is still in the wrong unless she is the one that raped him. Or maybe the wrong one is the girl... hmmm. Ok forget that. The question is : What happen if 2 girls under 13 have sex with each other ? Who is in the wrong or what is illegal ? The older one is in the wrong or something ?
There is no close-in-age exemptions in Japan, iirc. So if two people below 13 have sex, they both would get in trouble. Other things to add: 13 is the age on a national level. Each prefecture can have different ages of consent. E.g. 18 in Tokyo. It just can't be less than 13. Also, it's not fully that 13 is the age of consent. For example, you can't get married at 13 without parental consent. You also can't work for dating agencies (and red-light district areas, no matter what job you have there) before you turn 15.
If they're both minors or both under the age of consent, don't they usually just get sternly talked to ? There's only an outcry or public disapproval when one is older and the other is either a minor or under the age of consent .
Surely they gonna check who is older by a few seconds/minutes. Edit: *Ding!* Oh now i got another question i am gonna try to ask in another thread, if twins ever had different birthdays because one was born a few minutes right after the changing date.
Better yet, if one was born 11:59PM on December 31st, and the other on January 1st. Twins born in different years!
If both girls are under 13, they cannot be punished. They will be given a warning if caught and let go. It doesn't matter who instigated it. They are considered too young to know better and just receive a warning. Japan doesn't label kids curious about their sexuality as the devil and Japanese law made it clear in the laws related to it. If one of them or both girls are exactly 13, they will be subjected to local prefectural laws. Most will not punish. Similarly, it doesn't matter if the boy is younger than 13. The specification of age of consent is for prosecution of underaged sex. This subjects people 14 years and above, not people under 13.
So basically as long you got 1 day more then the legal age and have sex with with under the legal age, it's punished law. Ok thx.
There's something really wrong for children of such age to engage in twisted way of reproductive instincts.
