Resolved `Go to bookmarked chapter' broken if a TL group is hidden.

This is the same for chapters which are visible. Example: Guro c40 is not hidden on

Clicking `Go to bookmarked chapter' attempts to bring me to page 13 when clicked(page 8 is shown), which is the correct page after I click `[1] group(s) hidden due to dead links. Click to show all releases.'. The bookmarked chapter is on page 7 when the Circus group is hidden.

If I press `[1] group(s) hidden due to dead links. Click to show all releases.' before `Go to bookmarked chapter', the Circus group is hidden again. meaning I still end up at page 8. If I show the hidden groups, they should stay visible.

A simple way to fix this problem would be to show all groups when `Go to bookmarked chapter' is pressed, but this is not the best solution.
