    This is one of the first Animes I watched back in the day, I never finished it. If you know where I can find the series please let me know. Talk about a blast form the past.

    Is this the one about the genius who travels around japan doing odd jobs? If so, there's a translation for the manga, although not complete. Also, it gets weird, so brace yourself.

    Study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study, study!

    All scenes on that OVA are god tier, but my fav is the cleaning the teenage girl's bathroom and hugging it and pressing his face to it, top funnies there. But also the human head can't turn 360 degrees part was hilarious too.
