Nope, just some of them (ie: Wotakoi & Salad Days) got multiple couples BTW, here are some additional: Densha Otoko (I think there are at least 2 manga ver of this & it's also adapted to dorama) Happy Marriage!? & Private Prince (same mangaka) Nijiiro Days (Hi-school rom-com, +/- similar to Horimiya) Tada-kun Never Falls in Love (anime) Edit: I just remembered, Ouran IS a reverse harem, though the FL was already fixed by the author to be w/ one of the boy, so I'll leave it up to you whether you are interested or not (still recommend it for the comedy parts though)
