my eyes have leaking problem, so take this list with some understanding haha.

Usemono Yado (some inn just really want their customers to cry i guess)
Tokyo Lastochika (you know the thing with historical romance right)
Koe no Katachi (the manga is much more touching than the movie if you havent read this)
Haru no Noroi (death, love, family, and things like that)
Kochou no Yumeji (some arcs are really tears inducing)
Tostukuni no Shoujo (a girl with a curse is being hunted. what could possibly go wrong?)
Jibaku Shonen Hanako-kun (it started with fun and games, then ... why ...)
Aozora to Kumirizora (the novel? version fully translated)
Saki ni Ikimasu (oneshot but filled me with tears of sadness/happiness)
Mahou Tsukai no Deshi ga Warau Toki (how a boy and some readers obtain emotions)
Kimi Ni Shika Kikoenai (cant remember if i cried but pretty tragic i guess)

this list getting out of hand and a bit of my favorites already mentioned and you probably already read most of them and i cant really be that much of a cry baby can i, so yeah ...

Dang it's been a while, lemme think....
    • Hotarubi no Mori e - short but good, it also had a 44min OVA adaptation so you can watch it twice and cry both times hahaha
    • Houshin Engi - big long manga adaptation of Chinese classic novel Investiture of the Gods, there's tons of characters but the story is epic and the feels are real, I will never stop recommending this series for as long as I live haha
    • Who Made Me a Princess - ongoing Korean webtoon but the art is gorgeous and the latest arc is ahhhh (T o T), there's also a novel out on NUF and a spoiler thread with the ending so no need to die on cliffs
    • Toki Doki One Shot - again, another oneshot but short and good
    • Fruits Basket - old classic, always good for tears AND feels
    • Natsume Yuujincho - for those soft gentle sads, but it depends, i found it almost too slow-paced. it also has lots of anime seasons now so it's definitely popular
    • Majo no Shinzou/The Witch's Heart - pretty art, sad backstory
    • Pandora Hearts - gorgeous art (haha i'm sensing a theme here), lovely victorian-esque setting, maybe not always sad but I feel for the main protag and girl both :( (if we're getting technical then D. Grayman as a whole fits here too, but it gets gory/horror with some of the monsters in there)
    • Americano Exodus - another korean webtoon. how to describe? it has its moments of action humor and always gorgeous art, but there's also this underlying feeling of dread, loneliness, and despair throughout. anyways, it was unforgettable as a series and i plan to reread it to catch up again someday

I don't know if you count visual novels cause they're like......pictures and words but there's the classic ones that have been translated into English, two that come to mind are narcissu and True Remembrance.

Angel Sanctuary. In some scenes you can cry from the injustice the siblings had to suffer just because they love each other. Well, technically, only their human bodies are related but even as angels they still love each other.

Unfortunately, angels are not supposed to be in love or have sex with each other. And theirs are not the only tragedy only that they're the only ones with the power to do anything about it.

Oh, and don't forget Vampire Knight! That was awesome.

Mainly older stuff, but you'll just have to see what tickles your fancy.

Saver- one of my earliest reads and still one of my favorites
    Ciel ~the last autumn story~
    Glass Mask

    Akumetsu
    To You, the Immortal

Action-packed until you get slapped in the face by the sadness:
    Code Breaker
    Kurohime
Air Gear- ah the twist it hurt my poor heart
Crepuscule- my sad senses are telling me that was something sad in here, but I can't exactly remember

    Hunter X Hunter.

There are some pretty serious moments in the manga and anime that I actually cried for. Other than that, this manga makes me cry every hiatus.
