Is there anyone here who works at night If so, can anyone tell me your funny or scary moment you've experience working a GY shift?
I work at a gas station at night. Had the cops come in gun drawn cuz apparently the guy charging his phone to get an uber home had stolen then ditched a car.
Not much happening at night really, not even in a hospital. Most departments actually shut down at night and most hospitals these days are well lit, so no more spooky corners. Aparently accident lawsuits are more terrifying than ghost stories. lol. So, lights, lights everywhere.
Dude came in and spent forever in the restroom. He left, then came back. This time, I approached him, and he just left the store. I was tired and didn't check the restroom (i shouldn't have) came in the next morning to find that the dude wiped his shit all over the wall and floor, took off his crusty shitty underwear and left it in the sink, and apparently took a bath as there was dirt piled up as well. But the worst part was the toilet was filled above the brim and it stank to the high heavens. Ruined my whole day.
Even though hospitals are fully lit everywhere, there's no way some scary shit won't suddenly come out, out of nowhere. Though I agree with you there.
Aren't night workers referring to whores? Well anyway, Ai-chan used to work the night shift. People said the place Ai-chan worked at was haunted. Stuff moved, weird sounds, strange apparitions, being groped by unseen hands, stuff like that. But Ai-chan has never encountered such a thing ever. Like never, and yet the same people who work in the same shift claimed they experienced something, but Ai-chan never experienced those. What a load of bull. It's not like Ai-chan has never encountered a supernatural thing before. Ai-chan shared a house with a poltergheist after all, but most of the time people say they saw ghosts are generally just them being cowards and imaginative. They basically see stuff that isn't there because they expected there's something there. Like pretending you have a girlfriend because you don't want to keep listening to your old friend bragging about his girlfriend. Anyway, back when Ai-chan worked in retail at the airport, there was this one time when Ai-chan was alone in the shop at night. Ai-chan's subordinate back then had to go to the warehouse like half a kilometer away on foot because the warehouse was over there. As Ai-chan was checking the sales of the day, there was a sudden noise on the sales floor. There was this huge mass of tourists from China filling up the store. And just as sudden as they appeared, they also suddenly came to the cashier at the same time, all 20-30 of them, and everyone wanted to be in front. Nobody wanted to queue up. Everyone was shoving their stuff at Ai-chan's face expecting to be served first. Nobody wanted to wait. It was 10 minutes of hell. By the time Ai-chan subordinate return, it was half an hour later, which was too late. Ai-chan noticed that we also lost some of the merchandise as the tourists simply grabbed stuff without paying while Ai-chan was being swarmed at the counter.
Sports fans are crazy.... and dumb... That's all I will say. Just lucky there was heavy police presence to take the attention off my building
