(there are 3 tried, i list all of them) +On the night that the emperor tried she hit a maid and exchange her cloths with maid and run, but she get caught. +then there are a war in some place and the emperor finally let our mc go to fight for a fews months (i think 3) but she get taken back to the palace. +then the last one, she fake her deaths and the emperor and ML all fall for it. If how beautiful mc is: he tried to kidnapped our mc and drug her with love drug (aka. when ML come save her and do the deed). He tried to take her back, like he even go head to head with emperor. When she go to fight a battle he also went. Then when she fake her death, he was so heart broken that when the emperor said that our mc must buried in the royal tomb, he refused and get illness for months.

no, since our mc refuse in anyway. And also our mc took time to fight the war for 3 months and then she ''fake'' her death. And the only concubine that was noticeable is the yue(rain) girl.
