    so wat is the deal with this zelsky translator. i mean the chapter posts are more than 30 chaps behind qidian. i can read 32 chapters after ur latest one on qidian for free... why post?

    Translators can translate what they want and there is a large group of people actively boycotting Qidian for their actions in the community over the past year.

    Also, this isn't a LCD, this is a rant thread, reported.

    And like people said, there are people like me that boycott QI, so why read on QI if you can read somewhere else?

    Probably in the contract that he can't post latest chapters because it will stop people from viewing it on Qidian

    You're complaining about the same person posting one set of chaps on a delay on his personal site. Skyfarrow is the official TL for Qidian at this time. Zelsky is his personal site and where he initially started TLing Reverend Insanity* before Qidian came into the English TL scene. (*or GuDao Master or whatever QI calls it.)

    I was thinking the same thing. Seems the original translator is 30 chapters behind as he posts sporadically. NU on the other hand did their own translation I believe and both have just been posting ever since.

    Did you know that I am the original Translator for Reverend Insanity, and I moved to Qidian? Oh gods geez wow!! I didn't know that :eek:!!
    You know what, you're not the only one who's said something similar, so I'll tell you.

    Why?

    Because there are actually people who DO NOT READ ON QIDIAN and only read at my site. Yes, surprise! They hate QI! They hate the app, they hate the site!
    They can't access for whatever reason!

    There were people who asked me, oh Skyfarrow, why aren't the chapters up on Zelsky? You're 30 chaps behind on Zelsky compared to Qidian site.

    So I said, oh man, my friend was supposed to update them for me. Guess I miscommunicated with him.
    So I got another friend to go and help me update dem chapters.

    So that people who will not/cannot/shall not access QI site, can read.

    There. Nothing special, really.

    The NU page for it used to list both releases from QI and Zelsky until just recently. That's probably why OP thought why is this zelsky encroaching on QI territory or something like that.

    Zelsky's releases on the NU page have been removed though, since they are the same only on different site.
