The Mc plays a game that everybody thought was bad, because of how many of the characters in the game died. The Mc played it for many years. At some point in time the Mc got terminally ill from cancer(?). And just before he died, he decided to complete the game, after it got its last update. He got transported to the game world. And the him from the game world was taking an exam along with others. The exam was hijack by enemies and the Mc has to fight one very strong monster.
