this might be an LN but im not sure

the mc is reborn as a demon and he just stays in one room that the hero party keeps coming to.
He never kills the heroes b/c of one of the girls in the party (<-- not sure about this part, just the not killling)
and he may have left the room to "pretend" to be human and meet that girl
