    There is a good number of novels that have it, its just that not all of them know how to properly use it.

    "Another burning village...." I usually said that whenever I see the life changing moment of the main charater in RPG which is usually a burning village.

    That would be Warhammer Fantasy Battle series although it is a world destroyed(Thanks Mannfred) .It is now Age of Sigmar.

    Yes. Eventually.
    Gods and goddess generally cant/dont interfere directly.
    They do give super powers/ blessings to their miko and give guidence...

    What blessing/curse does the Aura Seal give? Cause even a experienced tactician/strategist would have hard time although possible to win in their current situatiion. He is also a kid in a peaceful society.

    From the synopsis it state that he would he using anime/manga knowledge. Do note that those knowledge is useless in strategy as things from fiction is overall impractical and inefficient. Swords too big, mecha ,bikini armor , etc.

    It depends on the manga and anime. Their are a bunch that would teach you how to win a war before gun powered. Also they teach how to make gun powered

    It is actually hard. Anime/manga or any fiction will not give the exact recipe for explosives cause regulations. Even of recipe is known doesn't mean the materials are adequate or available. In Gun Ota it show he only managed to create a gun through a lot of trial and error and one such error nearly got him killed. He also used mostly local materials. Mc worked as a gunsmith so if he got a hard time creating one then a student with overhead knowledge on how it work will have a harder time.

    As for strategy, maybe if you can distinguish which anime/manga strategy is correct and which one is just heavily influenced by deus ex machina or plot armor.

    Only ways that I can think of is his power can summon such items already in working condition or he is like the Gamer fic.
