Why would you smoke weed as an excuse?
My school has quite many smokers and they do it bcause' they like it

Some of my friends smoke weed because they want to increase body weight. They said smokin weed make their appetit and eat more.

I personally don't smoke, but I see nothing wrong with it, besides those pesky negative side effects ofc. It's just another way to entertain yourself or relax.

there is some reason why it's illegal......it's fine if is for medical purpose (most likely for dulling the pain caused by cancer), otherwise it's just harm the body

Are you talking bout the munchies, bro? Weed actually suppresses hunger, but this triggers an endorphin rush that kinda confuses the brain to think the body is starving even when it's not...or something like that, I forgot exactly how it works.
