Hard Work Fantasy

Hi Guys I Want to read a novel that has
The protagonist transported into another fantasy world by death/teleportation or otherwise.
And instead of cheats skills items or anything of the sort they get nothing and have to use their pure otherworldly knowledge and or hardworking to survive in the world.

- I prefer action adventure fantasy rather than economic fantasy but anything works with me
- I prefer Japanese titles but chinese/Korean or others work too so please include them
-protagonist can be male or female and ideally from male to female (genderbent)
Female to male is accepted but not liked
So still recommend it please
-ideally I want an age regression but if not
It's not super important so please reccomend others still
-id like a romance and harem is fine but if not it's ok too

And that's about it
And don't worry about my ideals and preferences just mostly stick to the first two paragraphs and take note of my ideals and it should be fine and thanks in advance for reccomending!!!

not really transported but he was in a frozen state because apocalypse happened and 300 years later he was awakened.

Edit: also this should be on "Looking for" and it is spelled recommend*.

 

Yeah, The Dark King is the only one that comes to mind.
