Exactly. When you are being yourself and not force yourself to be someone else, it makes you feel relaxed. Everything comes naturally. You feel it inside. I think we all are our true selves (or what we hope to be like) here.

And the thing is when you do that you are considered strong and good. If you try to act out what you really want to do you are considered weak or fake. Even if it's not the case, we fear we might be judged for what we are. We unconsciously try to suppress ourselves because of that. Too bad.

Though, i think that originally, it wasnt the people bottling up their emotions that were seen as strong and good, but those that express them in a way that..... Distance between people isn't measured in terms of length between their constitution. It's measured in terms of the Gap between our thoughts, feelings, experience, taste, ideas etc

But ofc as you said, if the latter is accompanied by the former, we could have been even closer...

But then, the former is never sufficient.

I even told how I felt no sorrow for leaving my school where I stayed for 10 years. But I can't think of leaving NUF where I have been only for 8 months...
