I remember about six years ago in Jr. High I get to school 30 min late cause I stayed up all night and I thought I could wake up from a quick nap that turned into an hour. I get in class just before a test and while taking it a girl who was sitting opposite of me asks "Are you high, your eyes are really red" just loud enough that the teacher could hear. In less then 5 minuets I am taken from class and in the office being accused of being high and the principal makes me take a urine test. After about 20 min the test comes back negative and as a reward for not doing drugs before school they still make me take the test. Has anything like this happened to anyone else?
I'd be pissed as fuck, not only did they violate your privacy but they may have violated your civil rights.
That sounds stupid as f*ck... I did go to high school without sleeping quite often, but I don't seem to understand what it has to do with being high.

I had a few friends that smoked a lot and they always said I looked high. Like, naturally, without doing anything or any special circumstances.
In my junior year of high school, my language teacher directly called and asked my dad If I was on some form of illegal drug, because I was always visibly tired or asleep in either the classroom or hallway, and my eyes were always bloodshot and droopy. I later told her that I barely got 3 hours of sleep a day that year, so it just ended up as an embarrassing incident, which is just lucky on my end.
Eeeh something easier that that happened to me. I was scheduled for an examn and i forgot my id, no id, no chance for the exam, luckyly there was 1 hour before the exam, unluckly the entire trip took about an hour, so i arrived at the last minute, had to take the bus, run home ( ~ 1km ) bus back to the city, again run ~ 1km . When i went in for the test, the examiners freaked out, but they were like, hey are you ok, need some time, here's a glass of water, what happened ... so
I've never been accused of being high at school before, but I was indeed accused of being cute many times. Those jerks!
As, much as i like to agree with that. He/she was in school and the school is responsible for the student. Certain Drugs use is illegal for minors and more drugs are illegal by law. It was a move for protection of the minor and the school. You can't really blame them for being cautious.
Except the drugs would have been taken prior to school, where it was the responsibility of the home. That aside, though, they had literally zero reason to suspect drug use in the first place, massively overreacted, embarrassed the student, invaded their privacy, and were completely unapologetic about the entire thing, na? That's called "can totally blame them."
Yes when i go to the hospital cuz im sick and when i gone out to the room my mother stayed there and when were going home she said to me "the doctor said is he taking drugs?" And im like WTF im a shut in and why do i take drugs tho i drink medicine cuz im sick then
Maybe they were refferring to this kind of high: Had a similar experience just that in my case I couldn't get home and back in time. Luckily, the exam was held in the school I graduated and the school still had a copy and I could borrow it and they somehow let me in, though I had forgotten my id most likely because I didn't sleep that night and when I found out I didn't have it on me, I was quite freaked out.
That was a violation of your rights. That should have been a "talk with your parents" type of thing. Idiots. I would've made them regret it. oooh they would've regretted it.
Got news for you friend. Medicine IS drugs. And as for me this one time I got high with a bunch of friends, and they said I was really showing it, but I honestly didn't really feel that high.
