Forgotten Title Help! Looking for....(Found)

Here's what i remember from the synopsis or from the first few chapters... A man who wants to confess his love for the heroine but cannot due to difference in social status, but he worked hard to be a CEO, that his crush is working on, he is preparing to ask her, but a, his crush is getting to married to his subordinate, he goes to the wedding, he dies, then he is now a friend of king of hell or something like that, then he gets back to his past.

I know, it's kinda spoiler-ish, but i tried to make it vague as possible.

 

This sounds interesting. Not something I've come across before I think. I'll watch for answer~
