    neo-tare ... according to some online dictionaries, 'tare' means to throw away or weed/garbage and neo means new. Neotare would then mean new garbage or newly thrown away/abandoned.
    So, if you're looking into adopting abandoned pets or children, i'd say go for it and make the world a better place.
