那份圣雨观音拿出来 <- needs more context, probably some fancy food name though, "bring out that (portion of) holy rain Avalokiteśvara" would be the literal TL.

    “小二,给我来‘黄豆墩猪脚’‘野山菇墩排骨’‘水鸭黄豆’‘泡凤爪’‘皮蛋卷’‘烧辣椒’‘吊烧乳鸽’‘蜜汁猪手’‘活鱼新吃’ ‘猪手王’‘香辣田螺’......”

"Waiter, gimme 'Soy beans with pork knuckles broth', 'Wild mushroom with (pork) ribs broth', 'Plain boiled soy bean duck', 'Marinated chicken feet', 'Preserved egg roll' [TL note: the preserved egg is something like this], 'Stir fried red pepper', 'Stake roasted pigeon' [TL note: well known Cantonese dish, picture], 'Sweet sauce pork trotters', 'Freshly simmered fish' [TL note: here the name essentially translates to "Lively/alive fish, newly eat/ate", which is a fancy menu name to imply that the fish is really fresh, usually either steamed or cooked in a light manner so as to bring out the original flavor/freshness of the fish], 'Slow boiled trotters' [TL note: Traditional dish from Húnán province], 'Spicy aromatic river snail'.

That's roughly what the majority of the dish names refer to, though small variances may apply depending on where in China you use/order them, they should be more or less accurate.
So you have the above option or I could do the literal names which doesn't really explain how they are cooked or even what they are for some of them... which I highly dissuade from.

EDIT: Minor edits on some dishes.

I'm pretty sure it's a variation of 铁观音, 圣雨 probably refers to some (most likely non-existent) rain period, so in China depending on where the tea leaves are produced, there are specific grading depending on when it's harvested, usually after the first "Spring" rain is the premier grade leaves and so on. Not too sure what you want to TL it as, maybe just "first class Tieguanyin" and add a footnote explanation on it.

I drink quite a variety myself, though not especially versed in the grading name of the rain periods, I don't think I've ever heard of 圣雨 grade...

EDIT: So I looked up on the harvesting season/naming of 铁观音, and essentially most of it (40-45%) is harvested between mid April to early May and categorized as 春茶, though these are just general terms and essentially the tea is defined depending first on the season they are harvested in and the time of day which it is harvested + processed (for 铁观音 it is split into 早青、午青、晚青).

Though I personally remember there are finer terms for the tea which I drink so I guess it must refer to a certain batch rather than general grade of the tea.

I think we need to start awarding several users with :

"Familiar with Japanese Culture" or "Familiar with Chinese Culture"

So that translator(s) know who to consult about certain cultural terms...

I can sticky a thread with a list of translators if you want. Of course, I would have to go and ask them first to see if it's okay to add them.

For example, let's say I need help with a Chinese translation, I would call @Deceptioning @Scrya for help ;)

    Is that what you mean?
