    I believe the most suitable word here is "wring".
    i.e "To wring your hands of excess water."
    Though I believe depending on the context, jolt, flick, fling would also suffice.

    just put some sfx like *swish* or something and give explanation in brackets
    if you want only one word may be wiggle?
