[Help] My phone is locked.

I have CM applock preinstalled in my phone. I locked some of my apps, including play store. this happened a few days ago, thinking I could just set the password and forget it, and recover it through email.

The problem that I'm facing now is that the play store demands authentication, for me to input my password. It is impossible to input as applock is locking the app immediately after opening. And it is impossible to recover because I had to have access to the play store. This is compounded with other application seem to depend on the play store, so when I am trying to access setting (which is not locked), the lock screen indicate the playstore is needed, so I cannot open my setting and uninstall either app lock or play store. Help?

Jokes aside, you should try searching google for possible solutions.

 

Have you tried downloading an APK and reinstalling the playstore? or make a backup of your data and doing a reset.

I'm disabling installing from 3rd party apk file. another solution?

Google is unhelpful. specific case where the playstore is also locked and I had to input password is not covered in the first 3 pages.

Settings->Security->Device Administrators and uncheck “App Lock”.

Is your usb developer mode disabled?

What option is there? I can't auth my phone since I haven't used the email in the phone after I changed the password. Which is why the phone is asking authentication to my gmail account.

Yes, it is disabled. Also, since it is impossible to access setting due to reasons above....

 

1. Go to settings(if possible)>Applications> CM Locker > Disable, Force stop or Uninstall.

Uninstalling the app? Though I don't how ore installed works but for me I just downloaded on the app store and whenever I forgot the password I just uninstall it.

 

Impossible. it is hidden, and integrated with my launcher last I've read.

 

Also, what phone do you have? There might be options by going through SAFE MODE or using the bootloader.

Try disabling the Launcher via Settings

 

Backup everything using titanium backup and reset your phone in recovery
