OkAy so I have absolutely NO CLUE where to ask, so its gonna be HERE cause I can't read Chinese so navigating the Chinese Wacom site is killing my brain. So to say, I had bought an Intuos art (medium sized, Black) drawing tablet that comes with a software bundle download key, all and all that's okay. But I bought mine whilst I was still in Hong Kong cause it was on Offer there. So that means I have to enter my SBD key in the china site, I spent hours trying to work it out, and couldn't find the place to enter my SBD key and have come to the conclusion that i will need to create an account and REGISTER MY PRODUCT to do so. Problem? Well I couldn't find my goddamn product or it's serial code on the list, so my serial number doesn't work either since i can't find the product, and now i have no clue what to do! Also i have to enter a dealer name or something?!!? what is that?!?! also this is the site i get redirected to when I try to use the EU site: http://support.wacom.com.cn/ This is what the product registration form looked like (those selections aren't mine): i just want a Drawing software, someone help me!! i've attempted this several times and my brain hurts. someone kill me
I know no chiniese, but I may be able to help you get a drawing software. Pm me and I will try to help you. Chill out. I think there are plungins that translate web pages in browsersmthese days? Try chrome on windows, or try google image translate, yes it exists. Good Luck!
