Question Help with Chinese

What does this mean? I vaguely get that it refers to being extremely unsatisfied, but there is there an additional meaning to it.
不满归不满，我依然是纯正的萝莉音.

To come home ( unsatisfied) with empty hands.

 

What other meaning are you looking for?
I would say something like "As dissatisfying as it was, I still had this innocent Lolita voice" or something. Might change with more context.

The first clause of the sentence usually implies a nonetheless in connection to the second clause.
