I am wondering if Legal Consultant and Advocate is also called 弁護士 (Lawyer) in Japanese, as they are a bit different in english. Please help me if you know
弁護士 = just lawyer, in Japanese it can mean both but if you wanna be more specific 事務弁護士 (jimu bengoshi) = solicitor 法廷弁護士 (houtei bengoshi) = barrister/Advocate legal consultant is just リーガルコンサルタント or コンサルタント hmm 顧問弁護士 maybe?
法律家 is actually a bit different. 法律家 is a word to mean someone who is dealing/working with law professionally. a 弁護士 is also a 法律家 same as a 裁判官 (judge) is also a 法律家, same as a 行政書士 (paralegal) is also a 法律家, a judicial clerk is also called a 法律家, etc... you get the idea...
