    translate bold line
    “我帮了你的大忙,你就给我跑一圈看看都不行么!还是男子汉大丈夫么!”
    Coach Ma眼珠一转,心道先稳住你再说,便正色道 this line too

男子汉大丈夫 is a Chinese expression that literally means manly man + manly husband, but in English would just be 'a Man'. So, that sentence could just be translated as 'And you still call yourself a man?' or some similar macho line.

The second line is deconstructed like this:
    心道: thinks
    先: first
稳住你: stabilize you (steady? settle? Not sure, may depend on context)
再说: then talk (in English though, it also has a meaning of 'then we'll see')

So the sentence is something like: he thought to himself, I'll have you settled first, then we'll see.

I'm not sure about the 'settled', is he trying to make him submit, or to help him master some basics?

男子汉大丈夫 is basically "a man with manly/chivalry virtues", like hold his promises, don't fear death/enemy, respect women, etc..
心道: say (to oneself) in one's mind
    先: first
稳住你: calm you down, hold your nerve, etc.
    再说: before anything else
心道先稳住你再说 means Coach Ma said to himself in his mind: let me first hold your nerve, and get the situation under control (he was afraid that Liu ran away again).
