MC finds a item that gives him power and items but at start of book he is in front of his puter and he was able to turn small out side the house some how and he battles ants and stuff to level up i also think later on he uses avatars to help him fight or maybe another book.
Sadly there are many such novels, they begin as masterpieces but end as the result of taking laxatives and milk. Did you read I Never Run Out of Mana?
maybe a couple dozen chapters. Was interesting at first , yeah. I guess you can relate these things to actual cheats in a game, at first it's funny how you can do everything, alter everything, but then these things become the reason that remind you that it's actually meaningless. Spent 200 hours playing Resident evil revelations raid mode, could no longer get better loot even though it was 'technically' in the game. Edited my save file to have it, then it's like hey why would i spend 20 hours making it +30 if i can do it in a second. Then it's like uuuh where's the sense of improvement or achievement anymore, it's just data manipulation now. (even though gaming always is, in a way). I can imagine I Never Run Out of Mana being like final fantasy VII sephiroth or Naruto Madara , where they can cast meteor 5000 times a second and all plot is rendered moot.
well it is a post modern world there is some stuff tht is mondern but mostly mosters and big bugs too
