    Daoist Life.
    Not many chapters out yet, but I find it pretty interesting. Hasn't been recommended much though.

    Also, Purple River. Never seen people recommending it. The title and summary aren't really eye-catching, so I guess that's why people don't check it out.

    The Korean novel Arena, is a interesting read as well.

    god and devil world
    Not really hidden but others might not want to try it because of the racism tag and the high number of 1/5 but I cant really call those actions racism, its more like equal treatment, its not like he treats them any less than others its just in his mind, he is cursing them for being idle.
    It also only happened at like what a few chapters?

    What qualifies as a hidden gem? I see a lot of stuff I would normally name, like Magi Craft Meister or She Professed Herself the Pupil of the Wiseman, recommended around here pretty often. So.

    i never really saw someone recommend this
    I really liked this series
    his harem is all yandere
    although the MC's power is somewhat... lame I think, he protected his girls well
    i don't think he is a beta since he almost got laid only to be interrupted by another heroine

    Skyfire Avenue. I've only seen a few people recommending it. I'm generally quite allergic to mecha, especially the gundam kind but this novel didn't make me feel disgusted. It also has a few details about food, wine and a few other things. The only part I disliked in this novel was where MC talked about Titanic and all that bs about being noble...

    I second Daoist Life.
    I'm pretty sure that http://www.novelupdates.com/series/astartes-knight/ wasn't recommended too, though it's fun.

    the group translating this have no translator for it . . .
    this take an interesting premise of how a person who return feels to find how he has changed along with his unfamiliar world. so many feels.
    there's a lack of action so far, but I enjoyed the focus on character instead.
