Nah take a pointer from fallout, use several medium yield nuclear bombs, the radiation won't be spread out into the atmosphere as much and stay more condensed on the surface, but this takes away from medieval armament upgrades...
Well they request to add modern stuff and PA does exist at some point so bringing it in was ok.I just augment the bombs used there
