I m looking for novels like the job of an imperial concubine ,doomed to be a cannon fodder,fei pin yin qiang and To Be A Virtuous Wife. i.e. historical bg or bl .No cultivation novels and QT pls. And the mc should not be mary sueish. The novel should at least be half translated. I have already read the beloved imperial consort, dreamer of the spring bod.. and didn't like them much. have you tried reading Transmigration of Mian [Reluctantly] Becomes His Man [Wife] or Fierce “Husband” I feel they would be something you'll enjoy. Sidenote: might want to look at my reading lists for more.
I recently looked for similar novels, but they had to be set in a non-fictive dynasty. This thread has a lot of good recommendations. As for translated novels set in fictive dynasties, I'd recommend: BG Husband, Be A Gentleman Greetings, Ninth Uncle (and the author's other novels) Legend of Concubine's Daughter Minglan (a classic) Liu in the Imperial Harem (it's fully translated, just look it up on google) Seeking Happiness (the mc and her husband are merchants for a change) The Beloved Imperial Consort (translation got picked up again) BL Tyrant Pampering Wife Diary To Rule in a Turbulent World (one of my favorites, maybe you can find a translation somewhere) The Submissive Emperor and Wife Is First (same author)

My favorite is It's Better to be Empress Dowager. It's really funny. Promotion Record of a Crown Princess is similar to Job of an Imperial Concubine, but funnier and it has a happy ending. I also recommend A Precious Pearl in the Imperial City. It's written by the same person that wrote Job of an Imperial Concubine, and I think of it as the happy ending it never got. Unfortunately it's not completely translated. I MTL-ed it and it was pretty easy to read. You can also use Google translate via chrome and that would probably be even better.

Counterattack is kinda grim at first, but it does get better. In Promotion, the ML doesn't sleep with anyone aside from the MC. It has the harem tag because ML is the emperor. It's kinda confusing at first because the MC has a serious head injury and she's not a reliable narrator. She has partial amnesia. Your Humble Servant is Guilty is really short and funny.
