Fukigen na Mononokean. About sending youkai back to their realm. You better read the manga as it's quite far ahead from the anime (if you can get access to it) and the mystery behind Aoi's disappearance is getting lit!

Well... it's a urban horror x digimon, where the horror is not really horror because of the audience is probably kids and early teens. But it's what you seek.

I am watching it, I think it is too early to say anything for sure but yeah it seems alright so far, looks kind of promising, it is worth the try at least, makes me wonder what kind of new concept for digimons this will turn out to be, so, it is a bit interesting XD

There was this really nice series I watched. This was long ago! I had to go find the name of the series and it was called Ghost Hunt.

But although I liked that, there are a few Chinese novels that are absolutely amazing when it comes to these! Those are untranslated though. There are a couple of those that I liked, I can't seem to find the first few ones but the last of its kind that I read -
