not all of customer services is bad.... but many of them is so bad. one of them made me wait for one hour to answering my question. but i still okay with it. at least my problem is got resolved. the most bad is from xxxxxx company. their CS can only answer, please wait. please wait. please wait. we will fix it in the future. and after waited for many hours, even after the next day, and the next day. finally got resolved. after three or four days, it's happened again. after i complaint again, the answer is still same, please wait and there's no real solution because how they're answering my questions have the same patterns, i thought it's a bot. so i send them some dirty words. surprisingly they can got mad too.. note : i'm a premium user at xxxx company. not a free user.
