Discussion How did you die?

I've seen this thread in other forum and I thought it was quite fun. So the point is you just post here how did you die recently in game. Or just some fun deaths in them. Also, tell the name of the game you died in.

I will start.

Recently I was squashed by a hand of the tree while trying to get the key under it. (Game: Konstandine)

(Also give ideas for possible tags)

 

Stunlocked in a corner by the beginning thug enemies.

Dead Rising 2: Off the Record

 

Got killed trying to solo Arthas on a 25 men heroic Icecrown Citadel for an achievement run. Tried doing it on a level 85 unholy death knight.

 

Offed by the Vortex Dragon’s finisher.

Identity V - I died, because the other teammates survivors led the hunter to me. It's always under the hands others. A pigmate...

Dark Souls 3- died at last boss area but not directly pushed out of bounds.

 

I was knocked off from the cliff in Dark Souls 1 a few times by normal mobs

 

Tried to kill shambler after the mission was done (was the last curio available).
Got 3 crits in a row from its spawns, had a heart attack thanks to a random stress speech from my musketeer, then it snowballed its way to 200 stress + heart attacks.

At the end had 2 remaining, when i left the battle the one on Death's door had a heart attack (death) then the last one got 200 stress and had a heart attack

I threw a bomb somehow it bounced back to me

 

pierced to the wall and then had a harpoon to the face.

I got hit by one of those stupid direction reverse mushrooms in smash. Literally just walked off the edge and died. My brother hits me with one of those every single time we fight, and then laughs at me for it.

 

I don’t game, but there was this time I was attempting Skyrim and I had no fucking clue what I was doing cause I’m a complete newb, I couldn’t remember which buttons control what.

But I kept walking into this goddamn giant that’s like 100 levels above me and kept getting killed.

At that point I was like.
I need to grind.
But I kept getting killed as I tried to grind.

After killing 4 of the 5 enemies from the opposing team, I died to a smoke grenade against my head. The other team won the round, but the killer also died to a HE that I threw in the same moment.
