Discussion How Do Those of You In Dark Mode Manage to Use NUF???

My eyes were already adapted to dark mode. Why would I have to adapt to something that’s just better to me? It’s like asking whether or not someone had to adapt to having better food.

 

You actually might need to adapt to having better food. After all, if you were eating unhealthy stuff, you probably wouldn't like to eat a vegetable-only diet....

The white of light mode hurts my eyes more than the black of dark mode ever could.

Hmm... I am not always use blue dark mode or light mode (big no to red dark mode for me). I often switch between both of them depends on my eyes.

 

I mean my eyes are usually adapted the the dark since I'm usually awake at night and don't turn the lights on. Always has been like that.

I don't even know how you managed to hurt your eyes with the dark mode... but I do know that the light mode is like staring at the headlights straight on.

Also I live in Canada where it's night at 17:00 for half the year.

 

Well one factor might be, I only use nuf when I'm indoors so dark mode is more suited for not so bright surroundings. When outside tho, and too much light around, the eyes would be more comfy with the light mode. I still don't like it, I like black and blue color combo
