Seriously it's like, I need water to live but can never find the time to drink it. Then when I have the time, I can only fit a few cups into my stomach and still thirst for more. How do you drink water? Do you eat it? I haven't drank enough to even think about what I'm asking here. Lack of water is what stops me from doing anything. Give tips on how to drink water! Note: Please refrain from basic stuff like "carry a water bottle" or "drink small amount's throughout the day". Everyone knows that. I want your advanced water drinking skills.
you get a body suit with pouches and just let it absorb into your body through the skin. it's a bit heavy at first, but if you spring for one with a cooling system, it can be quite comfortable.
Drink a full cup of water before each meal. During the meal, drink a sip of water in between each bite. Drink a full cup of water when you brush your teeth. By the end of the day, you should have drunk at least 8 cups of water.
Hail hydrate! I honestly started with a conscious effort every day that turned into an unconscious effort. I keep a glass of water by my bed and computer. I prefer iced water and find it better tasting. You may try something like the crystal light flavor sticks to make water taste nicer and be more appealing to you.
Simple. If I feel thirsty I'll drink a glass. I usually just keep a flask or a bottle filled with water nearby so I can take a drink anytime.Plus I usually carry a bottle on my bag. I try to drink at least 6 glasses a day
But then where will I find that refined nutty flavor? How else will my teeth stay white but to drink urine water?
It really depends on how you spend you day... Since I work all day long I always have access to water ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Well there are a couple of different ways. If you're the type to be overly stressed about your weight or risk of heart disease, understanding that soda is a pretty huge source of your problem can lead you to water faster than anyone could ever lead a horse to the same. If that isn't enough, your next best bet is to get sick. Stomach or throat illness can make your other potential choices of beverage look a lot less appealing. P.S., the eight cups of water thing does not take into account the presence of water in your food or any other beverage you may enjoy, and is largely irrelevant or myth-like as a result.
...Train your body not to need water. This sounds ridiculous, I know, but when I was younger I never took food or water to school, and now I can go ~12 hours without food or water without trouble. Don't know if this sort of training works if you're not young, when your body is more adaptive, but P.S. I keep a water bottle next to my computer, for those days when i'm not out and don't have to do this.
Good idea! I'm gonna start by not drinking anything for tomorrow, a day of drinking a bit, and then progressively increase the span of time without drinking until I no longer need it. It's like curing an alcohol addiction!
I drink one right after I woke up. I take sips during the meal (that's about a glass depending on the food served) and one glass after (I eat at least three times a day). Then lastly, I drink another glass before sleeping.
Uhh drinking fast is okay but always sit when drinking, use clean water not kinda flavour water recommended, cold water is okay but myself not find good with it honestly, you can drink until you feel full if you felt you're not gonna able to drink/remember to drink water within several hour, keep a water cup within your work place range. I'm always need water since my work require me to keep talk with client throughout day and if i didnt drink, im gonna got nausea and blank out (it happen to me when i start my job). water is important to human body after all.
Cultivate. You'll eventually reach a level where mortal needs aren't necessary. I was about to say "through osmosis" but diffusion would be the correct term. Doesn't sound as funny.
