How do you even drink water?

    > repeat 1 and 2 throughout the day

    I get several 1.5L mineral bottle and filled them up. Then place them in places I would stay long in like next to my bed, on my work table etc. So whenever I'm bored and lazy to move, I can easily reach out for the water bottle near me and drink away. If you have a thermos, even better. Drinking warm better is way much healthier than cold water at any time.

    Drink water after eating meal obviously to help you digest your meal or when taking medicines. It is better to drink a glass when you feel thirsty or parched. And on hot days it is good to drink constantly to avoid heat strokes which is also obvious. Also drink after your body released some liquid by way of sweating, peeing or even crying. I'm no doctor or anything but I find that a glass of water helps people relax that I instinctively hand out a glass of water to someone I see crying, nervous, frightened or angry.
