What's your daily routine in developing a healthy mind and body?

What changed for you prior to exercising?

I don’t. Although I’ve been trying to buy Ring Fit Adventure since January/February. It’s always sold out.

you can do push ups and all for exercising indoors, jogging on the spot etc
if you have a bench or chair you can do tricep dips etc
    handstands, stretch etc.. indoors
    you just need space!

for a healthy mind read manga etc '3')~
but like just doing what makes you happy is for a healthy mind '3')~ tho don't be eating too much junk food as it can undo your workout. There are alternatives to junk food and some foods taste nearly the same as junk food
[like for instance some biscuits and nuts can replace crisps, gelatin or Popsicle instead of ice cream maybe if low on calorie and sugar content]

    house chore~
cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing clothes, sweeping floor, cleaning weeds on small garden ect~
well if your place is small it good exercise for body and mind~
hmm if you do it everyday nothing much to do later~
oh~ if you laundry manually using your hands it can build practical muscle, sweeping floor can train your posture, cooking multiple dish at once can train multitasking like cook rice plus vegetable plush main dish plus side dish plus drink~ fumu being housewife is no less busy than regular office worker ya know~ more if ya have kid~

that aside push up, sit up, yoga, running around your room~ but this cat is lazy so house chore is enuf~

Pushups, situps, jumping jacks, leg lifts, planking, squats, lunges, there's a lot of stuff you can do at home with no equipment and almost no space.

I do push ups, decline push ups, diamond push ups, archer push ups, pull ups, hanging leg raises, russian twists, and side to side ankle touches on odd days, and burpees with push ups on even days.

If possible, don't do situps/crunches. They can cause spine damage.

My husband is using a backpack filled with milk bottles as extra weight. It isn't really near what he was used to lifting at the gym but it's good to add something to push-ups and other bodyweight exercises. I follow a Youtube channel with a lot of different videos and programs, and I bought a set of resistance bands for squats. So far, I think my core strength has developed well.
