Use password manager with master password. For that master password, use muscle memory. Typing password is a good practice to increase your typing speed.
Start with something easy such as fdsajkl;. 1 letter for each finger.
Familiarize to the point that your can type while with eye closed.
Randomize and add complexity over time.
Eventually you know where each letter is and which finger suppose to press it even with eyes closed!
Of course write each change on paper for backup. Normies won't understand that e->E is the latest change in your master password.

sweed takes a sip of @MineralWater . sweed feels refreshed.
Use 3 or 4 combis like: wf4-Kar-56x that have an easy rythm to remember in your language.
The em dash is optional ( you could also use an en dash, hyphen or minus sign).

"If you don't write it down, it never happens." Jack Ryan Sr., Debt of Honor

Just write it down on a physical notebook or something & don't forget to keep it somewhere safe

I like to use unicode when creating my passwords, because I can throw in symbols like these ╘╤╪╕.

Use a password manager with a strong and long master password, then you just need to remember that one and you can use any random strong and very long unique password for each site without worrying about forgetting them. There is few programs or services that offer that service for free or a little subscription fee (1Password, avast password, lastpass, keeepass,...) you're free to chose the one you prefer and they, very often, offer the possibility to have it synchronized automatically onto all your devices.

Satisfies most password requests. If you need special chars then replace the H with a hashtag

A bunch of 10 random letters and numbers has a probability of 0.000000393% of being your 10-digit password.

I note it down in my password book.
I think people in this internet age underestimate the convenience of writing stuff down.
