How do you study? What’s your favorite method? Any helpful resources or trick/tips you’ve discovered?
I study a night before the exam. The input reason i still have a decent gpa is because i actually give my 100% or so inside the classroom. Or i used to.
i usually don't study. i'll do the homework (sometimes...), read along during class, and that's about it. i figure if i haven't learned it after all that, there's no sense wasting time tryin to cram in an extra study session or something. results may vary, but so long as i took things relatively seriously, i never had a problem passing. on a side note: English classes can kiss my ass.
Make sure to always get enough sleep so that when someone slips the answer, you would be attentive enough to hear and process it
I study when I feel like it. Which is pretty much never. I can usually take in most of the content for a test by osmosis and not sleeping in class. So I'll study if I sleep in class is pretty much what that means.
Make study notes off of the notes you make in class to summarize the main points, then (if you have time) further summarize those summarized notes into a SUPER STUDY NOTE! Then throw away all the other notes other than the super study note and just memorize that for the test. Also, don't forget to sleep properly the day before the test/exam so that you can actually think. Though, the making of the study note usually ends up being the thing you do the night before the actual test....
I dont study. Studying for exams is for those with slow wits and short span memories. I remember the lessons well so i dont need to re-read them. I only had a hard time when its about equations(math), chemical weights(chemistry) and history. Coding is simple AF.
I almost never study aside from the actual class.. I do cram before tests though, but when it comes to tests our class always have teamwork
i used to be a student like you. . . . until i . . . . graduated and faced the society. . . . now you not need to be afraid of work. . . it should be your co-workers and the people around you. . . . ps: it would be better to form a habit of reviewing all your studies for an hour or two every day rather than cram it. . . it somehow work wonders, but well others are good are cramming, so if your no good at cramming stuffs then just form a habit.
Past papers are emphasised a lot in Australia and to me personally, it's really the best way. Unless you have photographic memory then past papers is the most effective way to study because you get practice with questions and grasp an idea of how to create an ideal answer. This way you really can't be caught off-guard by any questions because you should've practiced them. Practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes better (and habit). Another effective way would probably to say your notes out loud and pretend (or actually) to teach someone. If you can't explain what you've learnt to someone else then you probably haven't learnt it that well. But the best life tip I have is to have your study notes done at least 2 weeks before your exam so you're not crying the day before trying to summarise a semesters worth of work into a day. But this is just my own personal way of studying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
burn your brain with the content then start to meditate the origins of life and end up reading the new chapter of a novel. in reality, burn your brain with the content and forget it in your sleep just to have the exam be about everything else that wasn't in the content
I didn't study, i subconsciously absorbed the information as I slept thrue the lectures. Still managed to score 80% or better on most tests...
Hahaha, working rocks! I no longer need to study. All I'm doing is sitting and browsing the Internet while making money muahahaha
