No, seriously, how the hell do you guys wake up in the morning?? I set no less than 30 alarms from 6-7 am... AND YET. And YET I STILL CANNOT WAKE UP. Please share with me your secrets. I’m begging you. Please.
I keep hitting my clock for four minutes more, and depending on the day, after 2 hours or half an hour, I get up.
i think just setting a habit is a large part... i used to wake up very late until i had to wake up early due to stuff and although i only had to wake up early for a week it stuck with me and now my body just wakes up at 5:00 am everyday no matter how early or late i slept
Uh- I usually get up from my bed at 8:00 am in the morning my alarm is also set at that time. But I usually wake up 6:30-7:30-8:00 am in the morning depending on how much sleep I got,or how exhausted I am. Sometimes I got up from my bed 9- 10 if I really want to, tho I woke up far earlier than that. But I will get some nags because I'm slow, but nothing too serious.
I mostly wake up from needing to go to the bathroom for nr 1, since i drink a lot of liquid especially towards the end of the day. Not really aiming for it, i just like to drink (not alcohol). Other than that, where there is days i have to wake up, i put the alarm/cellphone on the other side of the room, which makes me have to get out of bed to turn it off.
It's a combination of going to sleep early and praying... I usually get up quite late, but sometimes when I need to wake up at 6:00 a.m. for work, I pray fervently that I manage to make it, and... voila! I get up at 5:55 a.m., beating the alarm— it's a miracle really.
Make sure your alarms are unpleasant sounds. People are more sensitive to higher pitches. Your favorite song won't help you wake up, you need something annoying enough to make you get out of bed to turn off.
very simple, put the alarm in another room and you will either wake up to shut it or go mad with the incessant noise.
Sleep early~ Wake up at the same time everyday~ Eat or drink water shortly after waking up~ You body clock will get used to it if you do it often enough

Before this pandemic happened I habitually woke up 4 hours into my sleep. But now, I depend on someone to wake me up. If not, I'll be sleeping for a long time.
