You need to set up multiple alarms at several intervals. Let's say, your target is 6 am. You need to set your most annoying and loud alarm since 3 am. So, it's 3.30, 4.00, 4.30, 5.00, 5.30, and finally, 6 am ! You can also turn on the light to make sure that your sleep wouldn't be as deep! And ofc, remembering the sheer terrror of deadlines that you need to work on in the morning also helps
Yeah the terror of deadlines is sure to wake me up I currently have an alarm set every five minutes starting at 6 am, but it’s a good idea to set it starting at 3. I’m sure I’ll hate it at the time, but at least I’ll be awake... right...?
I hope so! I personally found that setting it every 25 to 30 minutes works better than every 5 minutes. It seems that my brain automatically tune out the sound if it happened like the latter
Tell yourself right before bed that you have to get up at this time no matter what over and over, and then you can wake up an hour earlier than that time!
I've been having some weird parties all month. I can start celebrating different things with absolutely nothing . After such active celebrations, of course, it takes me a long time to come to my senses. But I want to say that the bed you sleep on plays a very big role. I have back problems on top of everything else . But when I started dealing with my spine and sleeping on a good mattress, I found waking up a lot easier. By the way, I bought a mattress on this website https://sleepissimple.com/bamboo-mattress-reviews . I hope you find this information helpful, as I did once.
I have an internal alarm clock that was set by my female parental unit since I was nine. ;-; I am C O N S T A N T L Y waking up at 7 am and then going back to sleep. Sometimes I wake up every hour for other reasons, and then sleep. Wake up sleep, wake up sleep. I'm really not getting a lot of sleep. :/
How did you destroy it? I really don't want this anymore, it is useless and it's trash. And is ruining my sleep too.
Staying up super late. Not having classes in the morning on quite a few days a week so I could comfortably sleep in without worrying and sometimes completely not sleeping because everyone else was up......
I wake up by uhhh sleeping and then waking up yes. You can't wake up if you didn't sleep loooooooool. Anyway I just tend to wake up whenever I feel like it so my body clock is messed up too lol.
Pay someone to wake you up. And if you don't, they slap you. Did this happen to me? Yes, but I was the one paid to slap them.
I set a lot of alarms on my phone and if I don't wake up either my siblings slap me awake or my mom's presence in the room will automatically wake me up bah~
Sunlight into the rooms. Or several alarms. Realization that I need get some shit done. Probably a combination of some or one of those things.
When I wake up I see white. But white is actually the ceiling. And then I feel stupid because I realize I could have used some of that sleeping time to go on my phone.
My dad wake me up forcefully every morning... And if I don't wake up he starts hitting on door.... And man that's hella annoying
Making a habit of when to wake up, plus getting to sleep early, plus sunlight. Making sure sunlight will shine directly and brightly into your room is a surefire way to make your brain at least reasonably conscious in the morning.
